Spinach Salad

Serves - 2

Ingredients:
Ø  Spinach leaves — 100 g
Ø  Curd — 1 Cup
Ø  Sugar  to taste
Ø  Salt to taste

Method:
1.    Take fresh, crisp spinach leaves and cut them in to long thin strips.
2.    Whisk curd with salt and sugar. Add long strips of spinach to it.

Tip: For best results mix spinach and curd at the time of serving.

ü  Another good low calorie salad option.
ü  Spinach is good source of iron. One serving of this salad fulfils 15% of your daily iron requirement. Good for people with low Hb levels.
