Mulyachi Koshimbir (Radish Salad)

Serves - 2
Ingredients:
Ø  Radish — 125g
Ø  Curd / Plain yogurt (well beaten) — ½ cup
Ø  Green chillies (Chopped) — 1
Ø  Sugar to taste
Ø  Salt to taste
Ø  Coriander (cilantro) to garnish

Method:
1.    Clean and grate radish.
2.    Whisk curd along with salt and sugar. Add radish and green chillies to it.
3.    Mix and serve.
