Ingredients:
Ø Carrots
— 125g
Ø Onion
— 1 medium
Ø Curd
/ Plain yogurt (well beaten) — ½ cup
Ø Green
chillies (Chopped) — 1
Ø Sugar
to taste
Ø Salt
to taste
Ø Coriander
(cilantro) to garnish
Method:
1. Clean
and grate carrots.
2. Whisk
curd along with salt and sugar. Add carrots, chopped onions and green chillies
to it.
3. Mix
and serve.
