Kobichi Koshimbir (Cabbage Salad)


Serves - 2
Ingredients:

Ø  Cabbage (finely chopped) — 1 cup 
Ø  Curd / plain yogurt (well beaten) — 1 cup
Ø  Black pepper — A pinch
Ø  Salt to taste
Method:
1.    Whisk the curd along with salt and black pepper.
2.    Add finely chopped cabbage to it.
3.    Serve chilled.
