Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Serves - 2

Ingredients:
Ø  Cucumber — 2 medium
Ø  Tomato — 1 medium
Ø  Lemon juice — 1/2 tsp
Ø  Salt to taste
Method:
1.    Peel cucumber. Slice cucumber and tomatoes.
2.    Add salt and serve with lemon juice.
What does it give you?
ü  Very easy to make simple, nutritious low calorie salad. As tomatoes are rich in lycopene, cucumber also contains certain phytonutrients such as Cucurbitacins.
ü  One serving of this salad fulfils 18.5% of your daily vitamin C requirement.
