Green Salad


Serves - 2

Ingredients:

Ø  Lettuce- 8 leaves
Ø  Spinach- 16 leaves
Ø  Baby Carrots-10 no
Ø  Cherries-10 no 
Ø  Roasted Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Ø  Olive oil- 1 tsp
Ø  Salt- To taste
Ø  Black pepper- To taste
Method:

1)      Wash lettuce and spinach leaves and cut it in to bite size pieces.
2)      Cut cherries and carrots in to small cubes
3)      In a bowl, add olive oil, salt black pepper, roasted peanuts, cherries, carrots and mix together.
4)      Add lettuce and spinach and mix again.
