Lettuce- 8 leaves

Spinach- 16 leaves

Baby Carrots-10 no

Cherries-10 no

Roasted Peanuts – 2 tbsp

Olive oil- 1 tsp

Salt- To taste

Black pepper- To taste
Method:
1)
Wash lettuce and spinach leaves and cut it in to
bite size pieces.
2)
Cut cherries and carrots in to small cubes
3)
In a bowl, add olive oil, salt black pepper,
roasted peanuts, cherries, carrots and mix together.
4)
Add lettuce and spinach and mix again.
